Bridging Technologies ATL partnered with the City of South Fulton Parks & Recreation Department to deliver a structured senior digital-confidence pilot built around practical skills, patient instruction, digital safety, and measurable reporting.

What the pilot included
- Two community cohorts.
- Practical smartphone, email, video-call, online-safety, app, and city-service learning.
- Average self-reported confidence increased from 3.34 to 4.21 out of 5 across seven assessed skills.
- 4.95 out of 5 participant rating.
- All 20 final-survey respondents said they would recommend the program.
The reported pre- and post-program knowledge score remained 11.95 out of 12, consistent with a ceiling effect. No increase in the objective knowledge score is claimed.
